Terms of Service

If you use the services of our online store, you agree to the following terms of service, set out by the Government of the United Republic of Obscurium:

-All data provided to us via email (such as address, name and financial information) will not be shared with any third party and will only be used for the purposes of the transaction in question.

-Ordered items and exchanged currency will be shipped within 1 week after full payment has been recieved or within 1 week after the item in question is in stock (in case it was not at the time of the order). 

-We are not responsible for an order's condition once it has been handed over to the shipping carrier of our choice (usually Deutsche Post/ German Mail or DHL).

-Refunds are only possible if the item in question was already damaged before it was handed over to the shipping carrier of our choice.

-If a refund is granted, the item in question must be returned to us and the the customer has to pay the shipping costs for the return. 

-Payments will be refunded after the item has returned to us and via the way the payment was made in the first place.

-We do not take any responsibility for possible outdated information or the actual availability of the services offered in our online store.

-Legal recourse is excluded.
