The Obscurian Foreign Legion offers non Citizens an opportunity to get involved and participate in Obscurium without becoming a Citizen.

Through Service in the Foreign Legion for at least one year, with at least seven participative actions having been performed by a Member of the Obscurian Foreign Legion and with approval from the President of the United Republic of Obscurium the Member in question shall gain the right to become a full Citizen of the United Republic of Obscurium, regardless of any and all other factors.
Participative actions shall be, among others the celebration of Obscurian Holidays through physical acts or lasting contributions (such as art photographs, food, etc.), the participation in Obscurian Events, Parades and NAF Missions, the annexation of Obscurian Territories, other lasting contributions to the culture of Obscurium and further acts deemed as participative actions by the President and Government of the United Republic of Obscurium.

Membership in the Foreign Legion is free and without a time limit. An "upgrade" to full Citizenship is not necessary at any point, even if all requirements have been fulfilled.
