Obscurian Outlying Territories
While the United Republic of Obscurium might be a non territorial state, that does not exclude it from ceremonially claiming numerous pieces of Obscure land. However, not every territory can be directly administered by someone on site or even nearby. Therefore, most Obscurian Territories, especially smaller ones, have been grouped into the Obscurian Outlying Territories, directly administered by the President's Office for more efficiency.
Contained within the OOT are
-the Pag Triangle, a geological formation on the Island of Pag in the shape of a perfect triangle (surely the most Obscure place there can be),
-Marshall Tito Island, a Red Trident Naval Base along the Rive Danube, generously leased to us by Duckionary, next to Panagua,
-Fennixland, an island in Lake Phoenix, by Dortmund, Germany, which is also a site of Red Trident Operations,
-Obscurian Krajina, a park in the city of Gronau, Germany, containing an ancient Obscurian Pyramid and numerous hidden secrets.
What is a ceremonial territory?
The ceremonial status of these territores indicates that Obscurium recognizes the sovereignty of the Federal Republic of Germany and the Republic of Austria over these lands and seeks in no way to infringe upon it. The claim merely exists as a celebratory act, to have a fixed place in which to conduct ceremonies and to inform people about Obscurium.
