5th Declaration Day (03.03.2023)
On the 3rd of March 2023 the United Republic of Obscurium will be celebrating it's 5th annual Declaration Day.

The following preliminary schedule has been created to illustrate the planned events of the day:
03.03.2023 (Kiel, Germany) (exact location given on the posters below) 16.30=Obscurian Flag Parade
16:50=Main Ceremony (A speech by President Antonov followed by speeches by citizens and foreign dignitaries)
-Speeches are expected to be given by:
President Zar Antonov
Supreme Judge Spiekermann
Archduke Arthur of Duckionary
Prince Phillip of Pibocip (not in person)
Emperor Oscar I. of Karnia-Ruthenia (not in person)
Prince Luis Marcel of Atlia (not in person)
-Official inauguration of Obscurium's Supreme Judges and the President of Obscurium
-Territorial proclamation and swearing in of the Lord Protector of the Free Territory of Flagpolis
-Announcement and bestowment of Obscurian awards.

ca.18:00= End of ceremony
Before the event, there might be an opportunity to take part in a 30 minute sightseeing flight over the city of Kiel for 60 euros per person. If you are interested in taking part, please contact us.
After the ceremony, all participants are invited to dine at a nearby restaurant For all those who cannot attend in person, the main ceremony will be streamed live on YouTube (Obscurium Government) and be available to watch afterward.
Any foreign dignitaries who wish to attend the event in person may hold a short speech, concerning their state’s relation to Obscurium.
Any dignitaries who cannot attend the event in person will also have the opportunity to address the participants of the main ceremony. This can either be done through a live call through Discord or Skype or by means of a pre recorded speech, which will be played at the event.
