Terms of Service
Membership Terms:

-All Member Micronations must provide us with the location(s) of at least one of their territories.
​
-All member micronations must get a stamp for visiting MTSA members within 1 month of signing up to the MTSA (starting in March of 2026).
-All member micronations agree to provide truthful information only.
-All member micronations agree to only offer the exclusive stamp and possible exclusive souvenirs to MTSA members only.
-All financial decisions within the MTSA must be made with the approval of at least half of all member micronations who respond to a financial proposal within 72 hours.

-All member micronations have a right to view the MTSA finances for the current year at the end of every calendar year.
-All non financial decisions within the MTSA are made by the Chairman and the Secretary.

-The membership terms can be changed through a unanimous vote of all member micronations.
-If any of these terms are breached by a member micronation, they will be removed from the MTSA after given a chance to correct their errors.
-Applications for individual and micronational memberships will be processed within 14 days.
Other services:
-All data provided to us via email (such as address, name and financial information) will not be shared with any third party and will only be used for the purposes of the transaction in question.
-Ordered items will be shipped within 1 week after full payment has been received or within 1 week after the item in question is in stock (in case it was not at the time of the order).
-We are not responsible for an order's condition once it has been handed over to the shipping carrier of our choice (usually Deutsche Post/ German Mail or DHL).
-Refunds are only possible if the item in question was already damaged before it was handed over to the shipping carrier of our choice.
-If a refund is granted, the item in question must be returned to us and the the customer has to pay the shipping costs for the return.
-Payments will be refunded after the item has returned to us and via the way the payment was made in the first place.
-We do not take any responsibility for possible outdated information or the actual availability of the services offered by us.
-Donations cannot be refunded under any circumstances.
-Legal recourse is excluded.
