Q: When and where will the next Micro Euro Summit be held?
A: The next Micro Euro Summit will be held from the 1st to 3rd of August 2025 in the Kingdom of Romkerhall, Germany. 


Q: Do I need to pay to attend? 
A: If you want to attend, you will have to pay a summit fee of 100 Euro. Members of the press will not have to pay this fee to attend the conference but will have to pay for their own food and drinks. 

Q: When and how do I pay for what?
A: The conference fee has to be paid within 48 hours after registration. This payment has to be made via PayPal to info@micro-euro-summmit.com.
25% of the total room cost of the Hotel in Romkerhall hast to be made in advance. The remaining payment for the hotel has to be made before departure. All payments on site will have to be made in Euro cash. Payment with credit cards is not possible.


Q: Why do I have to pay a conference fee?
A: The conference fee has been created to cover costs like the printing of postcards and brochures, the creation of medals and stamps and lunch and dinner on Saturday.

Q: What should I wear at the summit? 
A:While we will not be enforcing any dress code, we recommend that you wear your Micronational state dress, such as a suit or uniform. In the end, what you wear depends on you.
Tip: We also recommend to bring along a pair of backup pants as we might visit places during the planned tours which are dusty and slightly dirty. 


Q: Besides the summit, what else can I do in Romkerhall? 
A: Romkerhall is located in the middle of the scenic Oker Valley. You can hike along the Oker river or up the surrounding mountains. Alternatively, there are many sights in the area. The Oker Dam, the city of Goslar (With its historic Imperial Palace and old town), the Harz Mountains and more.

Q: I am a member of the press, how do I register? 
A: Please use this form to register.

Q: Is there an age restriction for attendees?
A: No, but all attendees under the age of 18 will need to be accompanied by a legal guardian.

Q: Should I bring my Micronational passport?
A: Absolutely! All participants will have the unique opportunity to get their passports stamped with the exclusive Micro Euro Summit 2025 stamp.

Q: I can't travel to the conference myself, will I be able to attend online via Skype or Discord?
A: No, this summit is a strict in-person event.

Q: What is the legal drinking age in Germany?
A: 16 years for beer and wine and 18 for spirits.

Q: Can I set up a display with artifacts an informational material on my Micronation?
A: Yes, tables for such displays will be provided. Please select this option when registering and bring along your own tablecloth.

Q: Are all the presentations and workshops going to be in English?

A: Yes, the entire event will be held in English.
