The
CHYŠE CHARTER ON THE DIFFERENTIATION OF MICRONATIONS AND SIMILAR, BUT HOSTILE ENTITIES AND MICRONATIONAL CONDUCT
was created to provide a European multi-national document to distinguish micronations from similar but ultimately hostile entities and set out basic guidelines for micronational conduct.
HOW TO SIGN THE CHARTER:
To sign the Chyše Charter, please read the charter first. After reading and agreeing to it, the charter must be printed out and physically signed by an official representative of the micronation in question. Lastly, the charter administration must immediately be informed about the signing of the charter by any new signatory

PLEASE NOTE:
Though this charter is primarily intented to be signed and adopted by European micronations, any micronation from any continent is more than welcome to do so as well.
Article Five, Part 1, Section a) of the Charter only applies if another Section of Article Five Part 1 also applies to the entity in question
